Refer a Business – Get up to £500

Email us at sales@crystalhrandpayroll.co.uk with:

• Your name

• The business name you’re referring

• A contact email or phone number (with their permission)

That’s it — no forms, no fuss, just a genuine thank-you for spreading the word.

• Open to individuals or businesses aged 18+ and based in the UK.

• You may refer more than one business — there’s no cap on rewards.

• The referred business must not already be a Crystal HR & Payroll client.

• They must sign a service agreement for payroll, HR, or both.

• They must remain a paying client for at least 6 months.
  

• Reward equals the referred client’s first monthly invoice value (excluding VAT), capped at £500.

• Paid via bank transfer within 14 days of the referred client’s first cleared payment.

• You can nominate payment to yourself, your business, or a chosen person/organisation.

• If more than one person refers the same business, the reward will go to the first valid referral received by Crystal HR & Payroll.

• Self-referrals or referrals from within the same business group are not eligible.

• We reserve the right to decline referrals that do not meet our criteria.

• Crystal HR & Payroll reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.

• Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
